Triton Memberships ("Triton", "we", "us") is building a CRM and membership platform for martial arts schools. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us, plus limited technical data needed to run the site.
- Launch list and discovery call form: your name, school name, email address, mobile number, number of locations (optional), and whether you want a discovery call or just to join the launch list.
- Booking a discovery call: when you choose to book, you are taken to our scheduling provider, Calendly, in a new tab. Calendly collects the details you enter there (such as your name, email and chosen time).
- Phone calls and messages: if you contact us on the number listed on this site, we may keep a record of your details and what we discussed.
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting and the third-party services below may receive your IP address, browser type and device information when you load a page.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange your free discovery call.
- To keep you updated about the Triton launch, including the Foundation Rate offer for the first 50 school locations.
- To understand interest in Triton and improve this website and our product.
- To meet our legal obligations and protect against misuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, and only as needed:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): delivers your form submission to us by email.
- Calendly (calendly.com): handles discovery call bookings on its own site, under its own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts: serves the fonts used on this site and may receive your IP address when doing so.
- Email and SMS providers we use to contact you about your enquiry or the launch.
Some of these providers may store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. We may also disclose information if required by law.
4. Links to other sites
This site links to third-party sites, including Calendly, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. These open in a new tab and are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
5. Cookies
We do not set our own tracking or advertising cookies on this site. Third-party services you visit through our links, such as Calendly or social networks, may use cookies under their own policies.
6. Marketing messages
If you join the launch list, we may email or text you about Triton. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a message, replying STOP to an SMS, or contacting us.
7. Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it. No online transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also withdraw from the launch list at any time. To do so, contact us using the details below. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, contact us first. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
9. Children
This site is aimed at martial arts school owners and operators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Triton develops. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
