Welcome to the Triton Memberships website. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About this site

This is a pre-launch page for Triton Memberships, a CRM and membership platform for martial arts schools. The platform is not yet available. This site lets you learn about Triton, join the launch list, and request or book a free discovery call.

2. Pre-launch information

Descriptions of features (including lead management, member management, attendance, email and SMS communication, payments, reporting, AI-powered tools and an included website), timing and pricing reflect our current plans. They may change before or after launch, and nothing here is a guarantee that a specific feature, date or price will be delivered.

3. Foundation Rate

The Foundation Rate of USD $110 per month is an early-access offer for the first 50 school locations. It is limited, subject to availability, and confirmed only in writing after a discovery call or sign-up. Joining the launch list or booking a call does not by itself secure the rate or create a subscription. Full terms of the paid service will be provided before you are charged.

4. Launch list and discovery calls

When you submit the form or book a call, you agree to give us accurate information and confirm you are authorised to provide it. Discovery calls are free and carry no obligation to purchase. We may contact you by email, phone or SMS about your enquiry and the launch. You can opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or another person's information;
• use the site in any unlawful way or to send spam or malicious code;
• attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its services;
• copy, scrape or reuse the site's content in bulk without our written permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Triton name, logo, text, design and other content on this site belong to Triton Memberships or its licensors. You may view the site for your own personal or business evaluation, but may not copy or reuse our content or branding without written permission.

7. Third-party services and links

This site relies on and links to third parties, including Calendly (bookings), FormSubmit (form delivery), Google Fonts, and social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. External links open in a new tab. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

8. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fully accurate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Triton Memberships is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the service or the cost of doing so, as the law allows.

10. Changes

We may update the site or these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law
